1 Product use

The adjustable reactor can change the reactance value (change the working current) smoothly, steplessly and continuously under the rated working voltage. Its main purpose is to be used as an adjustable inductive load during the generator load test. It cooperates with adjustable resistors to adjust the load rate and load power factor within a certain range. Adjustable reactors have been widely used in power generation equipment factories, diesel engine factories, power engine factories, generator factories, shipyards, scientific research institutes and other unit tests.

2 Product performance

a. The current adjustment range is large, and the current can be adjusted steplessly, smoothly and continuously;

b. The current regulation has good linearity and stability, and can withstand an overload of 10% for 1 hour;

c. When used with adjustable resistors, it can accurately adjust the load rate and load power factor;

d. Three-phase products have two connection methods, which can be applied to two frequencies (50, 60Hz) and two working voltages;

e. For products with different capacities and the same working voltage, multiple units can be operated in parallel;

f. It can be equipped with digital control cabinet to realize automatic control.
