1 Product use

This product is a new series of products specially designed for the electric heating of synthesis towers, alcoholization towers and alkylation towers in the fertilizer industry. The voltage regulator is equipped with a digital voltage regulating control cabinet, which can realize automatic control according to the heating requirements of the upper computer measurement and control system. The design of this product is optimized, the technical and economic indicators are advanced, and the performance of the product is far ahead of the same industry in the country.

2 Product Features

a. The no-load current and total loss are only about 60% of the standard value, which is an ideal energy-saving product;

b. The lower limit voltage is lower than 30V, and the output voltage at rated load is greater than 650V;

c. The high and low voltages are electrically isolated by double loops, which is safe and reliable to use;

d. The product structure is compact, solid, reasonable in design, beautiful in appearance and easy to use.

3 Digital voltage regulator control cabinet

a. The digital voltage regulation control cabinet has two voltage regulation modes: jog and automatic. By switching the selector switch, it can also realize local

and remote control.

b. During automatic control, the voltage regulator can realize step-by-step automatic voltage regulation according to the requirements of the production process, and a maximum of 10 can be set.

The number of running stages, the total running time of each stage can be up to 9999 minutes (about 7 days).
